Click and sales stopped, two of my biggest traffic website down due server problems hope this not break my organic traffic. ( sadly i made backups only on the same node so now have to wait...)

Roughly 600 unique per day per all sites, because new ones getting only few clicks so far.

my site has all kind of articles Info + product reviews+ top n products. I have no Brand vs Brand topics.

Some sites has a bit, some i link with other my sites. I don't buy PBN or other link services.

Yes older sites or site's with back link profile rank's faster and easier for sure.
For example Bing like's older sites, so if you have aged domain with some content and similar niche is a plus.
