Good question — it really depends on how you plan to use
If you mainly operate through mobile apps (TikTok, IG, Facebook app, etc.), then a cloud phone is the better choice since it gives you a real Android environment.
If your workflow is more browser-based, then an antidetect browser is usually enough and more efficient.

A lot of people actually combine both depending on the task.
