I currently have access to a large supply of low-cost digital subscriptions, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to scale distribution.

So far, I’ve been posting on Reddit and managed to find a few small resellers, which brought some initial results.

Now I’m wondering what the next step should be.

Should I focus on finding more resellers and scaling through them, or is it better to build my own traffic and sell directly?

Also, for those who have worked with reseller-based models:

  • Where do you usually find reliable resellers at scale?
  • Are forums, Discord communities, or outreach to content creators more effective?
Would appreciate any insights from people who have scaled similar models.

If you're dealing in large volume, it's better to find resellers, instead of dealing with hundreds of clients on your own.
Do you have any tips for finding resellers? I would really appreciate your answer.

I think better to work with resellers, it takes less of your time and more efficient
You can find them also on telegram groups

I really appreciate your answer. Could you suggest where I can find those groups? I haven’t been able to locate them using Telegram’s search.

tgstat.com , smth like that

I'm sure you could make more money dealing with resellers. Because you have to look at it that way, if you spend your time talking to millions of clients, you will waste your time, and if you waste your time, you'll lose money. You can do other things instead of talking to clients all day.

You’re at a fork in the road, and the wrong choice here will cost you time more than money. Scaling only through resellers sounds attractive, but it’s unstable—low control, thin margins, and you’re always one step removed from the customer. On the flip side, going 100% direct from day one is slow and painful.

So the honest answer is: do both—but not equally. Use resellers for fast cash flow, while quietly building your own distribution so you’re not dependent on them.

Right now, since you’ve already seen traction from platforms like Reddit, that tells you something important: your offer has demand. That’s good. But Reddit resellers are usually small, inconsistent, and churn fast. You can scale them, but it becomes a volume game—more people, same instability.
I really appreciate your response—I’m facing the same issue. My biggest problem right now is that I don’t know where to find resellers. Do you have any suggestions?

Yeah, exactly. But my current problem is that I don’t know where to find them yet—could you give me some suggestions? Thanks a lot.

To earn more money, I think there are many other methods. You could sell your accounts to agents; that's the quickest and most time-saving way. Alternatively, if you want to earn more by trading directly with individuals, you can also look in online groups. I think many people are interested in this but haven't found a suitable source yet.

Nice position to be in.
If you’re already getting some results with resellers, that usually means the offer works.
I wouldn’t go all-in on just one side though, having some of your own traffic gives you more control long term. From what I’ve seen, a mix usually works best.
Where are you finding your current resellers right now?

did you notice any difference in results between the different subreddits you posted on
