wild that cashapp specifically got blocked, i ran into the same thing last month trying to top up and ended up using a privacy.com virtual card linked to my paypal balance and it actually went through on the first try. curious tho, did openai give you any error message or just straight up decline it, because the wording might tell you if its a card type issue or something flagged on your account specifically

If you have access to PayPal via open ai
Then you can use your card on PayPal

Cashapp is usually pretty reliable for this. try contacting their support directly, might be a temporary block or something on their end. otherwise, you're kinda stuck. openai is pretty strict with payment methods, and a virtual credit card from a reputable provider is probably your best bet if you don't have a traditional bank setup. those small credit limits on virtual cards are honestly a joke compared to proper cloud storage
