I've made a good amount of money online before, but it's been a long time since I've earned any. If you could suggest some straightforward ways to make money online, please... just mutual help would be greatly appreciated. I'm going through some really tough times in my life, and I'm only 18 years old, haha. (i'm from brazil). Thanks in advance, guys!

How have you made money online? In which areas do you have the most experience and expertise?

It's complicated, I made money in many areas.

SOME OF THEM: Shop on Discord. IPTV. Selling followers. Freelance work. Telegram channel. Hot niche. Link shortener with ads. And more, but it didn't bring in as much money as I made with... (In short, very superficially.)

Unfortunately, I am now completely lost.

I still have a YouTube channel where I get traffic; it's focused on music, and whenever there's a new trend (in the musical style I already listen to), I post it, since it's not a competitive area, it's like clean water.
If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

As a developer, why don't you just register an Upwork account to make money?

I don't understand why an Upwork account needs to be rented.
probably spam. see the profile

I understand that feeling. A simple way you can leverage platforms like Hotmart or Shopee (very strong in Brazil) to market niche products without needing capital or if you have a knack for it, make short videos on TikTok/Reels about trending topics. The important thing is to choose one specific direction, don't try to do too many things at once, it's easy to get discouraged. Good luck.

I'm a bit lost, but I hope to find my way soon.
Or not... I'll only know by trying.

Well, there's still a lot of opportunities in freelance work. Think of how to generate traffic to your gigs and continue the freelance work.

This I would also advise would be the best place to start

Get back to freelancing if you still believe the service you used to offer is still needed.

From what I see, most of the areas you have worked in before are not areas AI has completely taken over, so you could still get going with some of those services.

Just find the best place where you can reach people who need those services or even focus on one of them

You can offer your service here on BHW as well but do your research and see how others offering similar services are doing it : )

have you tried dropshipping? organic

I think you can focus on a specific platform. I see you have a YouTube account and have experience in making videos, so I think you can use that video platform to enrich Instagram or Tik Tok with short videos along with YouTube on a new topic and to attract viewers. That's also a pretty good direction if you feel good and can stick around for a long time.

I used to earn a living working for a South African company analyzing brand sentiment, but AI came along and displaced us. I understand they're now looking for people to train AI, but I can't find any companies. If you have an intermediate level of English, it shouldn't be difficult to find something.

These were good ways to make an honest profit. I've never had any knowledge in this area of freelancing.

How do you make a living now?

Would it be possible to going back to what worked for you before? If not maybe you can try selling things you don't use for instant money or do freelance work.

Trading is a good field for you to learn more about Analitical Thinking and Taming the fool and lazy part of your mind.

Selling my things is a good way to get quick cash, but I want a steady income

It's a long journey. But from my experience, don't try to push any button, even in the learning stage. There will be time you think you GOT IT ALL, but I've been slapped down too many times that I couldn't remember.

However, to look back, the journey is really worth the price I have paid for.

I've started trading live even I have any clue about trading, and I think anyone should choose this path, then you will soon see a lot of people teaching about this topic. But not all of them will be helping you at all, so make sure to find the right one and go all the way with what your mind is telling you.

That's some of the thing I could tell you, it's not a long journey for me and I'm still learning to beat the beep out of my greedy self.
