Hi everyone,
I have been thinking about how people judge brands online before making a decision.
Sometimes when everything looks too perfect, only 5-star reviews, no criticism, very clean search results, it almost feels less natural. On the other hand, a mix of positive and a few negative opinions can make a brand seem more real and trustworthy.
From your experience, do you think having a ‘perfect’ online presence actually helps conversions, or can it sometimes reduce trust?
Curious to hear how you’ve seen this play out.
