Posting too often might reduce reach. Have you noticed any drop in engagement with higher frequency?

Absolutely not! But posting a lot of low-quality content or identical videos with no differentiation will definitely reduce engagement.

If you post Reels and regular posts frequently, then yes, it reduces engagement and reach. When it comes to posting Stories, however, it has no effect.

Good question, because there are a lot of myths surrounding this, the short answer is that posting too frequently can indeed kill your engagement, but not for the reason many people think, the problem isn't the frequency itself, but the quality and value of what you post, if you upload four Reels a day just to fulfill a requirement, and the content is generic or repetitive, people will get bored quickly, the algorithm pays close attention to the metrics of each post, and if it sees that your followers are scrolling past or interacting little, it will start showing your content less to everyone.

The key is finding your sustainable rhythm, for most accounts, one post a day is fine, and two is already quite good, the important thing is that each post has a purpose and contributes something, not just noise. It's better to post well thought out content three times a week than empty stuff every day.

Spamming the feed is such a turn-off and totally kills the vibe, so focus on quality over quantity. Keep it authentic and effortless, because your followers definitely prefer a rare treat over being crowded every single hour

Algorithm hates spammy content that doesn't actually resonate with your audience. Just focus on high-value posts that get people talking, since consistent engagement is way more important
