I wouldn’t say they “don’t care” — it’s more like enforcement is delayed now. Early stages often look easy, especially with moderate limits like yours, but checks usually kick in later when accounts scale or patterns repeat.


20 accounts on the same setup can still get linked over time (device/IP/behavior), even if they’re fine now.


What you’re seeing is a soft phase, not a free pass — just don’t spike activity once they start growing.
