Are there eCom Facebook groups in Spain?

That might be a good place to look.

Linkden might also be a place to look, as I'm sure there are Ecom guys there, you just need to filter those to see which people meet your requirements.

For finding business partners in Spain try LinkedIn with filters for Spanish ecom companies. Trade shows like eShow Barcelona are good for direct contacts.
What specifically are you looking for, fulfillment partners, suppliers or resellers?

@tiktak9009 thats going to be tough. nobody is going to let you run payments through their spanish company unless they take a massive cut... the tax laws over there are brutal and they carry all the liability for chargebacks. if you just need merchant accounts like stripe, you are probably better off just opening a UK LTD or US LLC online. its cheap, takes a few days and you dont need to trust a partner with your cash.
