Focus on one thing until you have built a system to automate it and build passive income .
and you can use this passive income to create more projects .

Diversification only applies if you can be focused , otherwise it will become a distraction and you cannot even focus on a single project .

single focus won when I was starting out. trying to juggle three things at once just meant three half-built projects going nowhere.

that said, once one stream is actually running without needing constant attention, layering a second related one makes sense. the key word is "related" -- adjacent skills and audiences compound instead of compete for your time.

The point is one person like yourself or I can only do much so it’s crucial the things being executed are things that move the needle in terms of things moving forward. The phrase ‘moving the needle’ can mean a lot things to different people but the way I see, for example in this stage i am working on an a automated outreach system, when i find that it works that means the needle has been moved since there are more leads to call. So you apply this principle in all parts of business, and you should get somewhere. This thinking is also scalable across even having multiple businesses as long as you can manage it.
