We can't split 10k up. That is our system minimum per url. We can split up as long as no single url gets less than 10,000.

Yes redirects are fine. The traffic can come as fast as 10,000 in a day if you want it that fast but 1000 per day is fine too.

Sure, the price is $14.99 for 10k and the speed is a bit slower. Usually delivering around 25-75 hits per day. We'd have to do any adjustments on the campaign, unforutunately. We can't guarantee that our traffic will show up on adsense. Chances are some of it will but not all of it. Our only payment method right now is through paypal, sorry.
