Prepaid billing works on many geo

Some.times..its comes automatically as a result of Google not trusting that account
Other times it's the country
There are several Ukrainian accounts with prepaid billing

Good part is , you can use USA cards on this account

I have seen Turkish and hongkong cards working on such account too

Nut why do you want prepaid billing even with Google issues?

No, in US Google Ads usually only postpay (pay after) works, not prepaid. Some countries (like India, Brazil) let you do prepaid, but US not. You can’t set prepaid with US card directly.

Not possible, bro. US accounts don't have a prepaid (manual billing) option; they mostly offer automatic billing.
Prepaid is only available in certain countries, and the billing country is determined at account creation time; it can't be easily changed later. So, setting up prepaid using a US card won't work.
