Chinese traffic can be monetized really well with ad networks. Formats like Push, Pop, and Direct Click work especially well.

Chinese traffic is genuinely hard to monetize with western tools because you're right, most western ad networks and affiliate programs either don't pay well for CN traffic or block it entirely.
The affiliate angle that actually works - look for programs that have Chinese operations or specifically accept CN traffic. AliExpress affiliate program pays for Chinese traffic since it's their home market. Some travel affiliates work too since outbound Chinese tourism is huge.
