my wallet and its history - can clearly see i sent him $318 usd, this is the last transaction that was made, nothing has been received since.
On telegram I gave TDM - the accused user was provided a separate wallet to send the refund to
TDM ignored this and said he sent it back to my original wallet
which is clearly false

also TDM made a fake account TODAY, as you can see ABOVE, with my name MISSPELLED

— He used two accounts simultaneously to message us:

* The first account: borat
* The second account: A


He has currently deleted all messages from his Telegram account (A) in an attempt to defraud us of additional funds.

Initially, he messaged us requesting a refund from the account named "borat", subsequently, he continued messaging us via account (A) and provided the following USDT wallet address: 0x5Db78D77237d2db6133CFD3e9a82d6dcdb0C21BC

After the payment was successfully processed, he deleted all messages and falsely claimed that we had not issued the refund. He is attempting to commit fraud in order to extort more money from me.




Fortunately, we captured screenshots of all the information as evidence—immediately after I issued the refund, he deleted all the messages and claimed that I had never made the payment

I require the BHW Support Team to investigate this matter thoroughly, as he is attempting to use multiple Telegram and BHW accounts to commit fraud and extort additional funds from us. Thanks you BlackHat World !

If he were truly in the right regarding this transaction, he would not be asking for a 50% refund.

Parties who are in the right typically receive a 100% refund—that is our standard operating policy for all clients hailing from BlackHat World!

However, in this specific instance, he had already utilized the account; yet, when an issue subsequently arose with it, he began demanding a refund. Initially, he requested a 100% refund; subsequently—acknowledging that we were not at fault—he shifted his demand to a 50% refund in an effort to bring the entire matter to a close.

We have committed no wrongdoing, and we are operating in strict accordance with BlackHat World's policies—policies to which we always adhere. Consequently, we have no intention of issuing a refund in a situation where we are clearly the party in the right.

Upon receiving the funds, he immediately deleted all messages in an attempt to erase every piece of evidence, and subsequently claimed that we had not paid him.



I feel that his behavior increasingly resembles fraud and deception, despite the fact that I have successfully paid the 50% deposit as required by BlackHat World!

3rd april 0243 local time, admin instructed you to issue a refund of 50%
3rd april 0258 local time i messaged you off my personal telegram (borat) with my LTC address.
3rd april 0326/9 local time, TDM claims to have refunded my original address which i paid him from: 0x273A903FAa0b0496442082e6a77Ba1CC277FDF48
from admin issuing refund instruction to TDM supposedly issuing refund to my original payment method addy approx 45 minutes has passed.

Now TDM is uploading screenshots from a random telegram account, clearly not me or my username, dated 2 april, 1615hrs, about half a day prior to the above, timezone unknown. claiming it is me, borat, and that i provided a separate address for refund
Can clearly see this makes zero sense, as the last contact, As this event fits on the timeline BEFORE admins refund instruction, and before the point in time where TDM claims to have refunded my original payment wallet address.

I noticed a fake account impersonating my name, post on this thread, with a false wallet address, which is NOT mine, and is unrelated to me, yesterday. 3rd april at around 1300hrs local time, i replied, quoting the message (which is visible at top of this thread), in the odd chance it was deleted, which it was.

once again that fake impersonation account, posted a random wallet address, not mine, about 10 hours after TDM "supposedly" refunded my "original payment method"


in any case, TDM basically seems to be saying that a random telegram account, thats clearly not me, messaged them with a random wallet address requesting a refund, and TDM sent money there. Note, this also happened at the same date and time that TDM is arguing on this thread specifically about NOT refunding me . Furthermore, absolutely anyone can read this thread and message you pretending to be me.

Admins, will anything be done about this? Dont really care much to defend myself much more

We cannot mediate that.

You sent the money to the wrong person, you sent it to an imposter.

Any images you share related to that are null and void in the dispute resolution Mod handbook.

However, he did not issue any warning regarding the individuals impersonating him—even though he had viewed the entire conversation. I had sent it to him *before* proceeding with the payment.

There was absolutely no mention indicating that Telegram account (A) was a fake, despite the fact that he had viewed the messages and chose not to reply.
