Scammed by DUNCAN AGENCY

Hello Everyone.
I have been an enjoyer of this forum for some time now and i have been using services from here without creating an account .
I decided to open an account because I was currently scammed by Duncan agency (that provides facebook advertising accounts)
I have all the neccesary proof on my telegram chats with them and I can share them.
Please someone advise me how to proceed

Hello, I am curious about this. Can you post proof? It seems like most of these companies advertise their telegram. Whats stopping them from all scamming people?
