Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
Before purchasing, I clearly explained my niche (HWID spoofer / cheat-related keyword) in private messages. I was told the service was possible and that my video could be ranked. No mention was made of any additional pricing or restrictions for this niche.

I then proceeded with payment based on the standard pricing listed in the sales thread.

After the payment was sent, I was informed that my keyword (HWID Spoofer) would actually cost $100 due to being “competitive.” This condition was not disclosed anywhere in the thread or prior to payment, despite the seller already knowing my keyword in advance, so i was forced to choose different keywords.

The first video was worked on but never reached the promised Top 10 ranking. The seller then asked me to change to another channel, which I did in good faith, following their instructions.

A replacement was provided, but the second video also never reached Top 10 for the target keywords.

When I later reported that the video was not ranking, the seller introduced a “24-hour guarantee” for my niche. This condition is not found in the sales thread and was never mentioned before or during the service. It appears to have been introduced only after the service failed.

Additionally, the seller claims the video ranked based on one of my messages (“it still ranking on free hwid spoofer”), which was clearly a question written incorrectly. I clarified this in the chat. When I asked for proof of ranking, the seller responded with “Never checked,” meaning there is no evidence the video ever ranked.

Despite this:

The service did not achieve the promised Top 10 ranking
No proof of ranking was provided
Undisclosed conditions (extra pricing, 24-hour guarantee) were introduced after payment

The seller is now refusing both completion of the service and a refund, stating “no refunds,” even though the service was not delivered.

According to forum rules, the seller is responsible for delivery and fulfillment of the service, which in this case has not been completed.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I attempted to resolve this issue directly with the seller multiple times via Telegram and also raised the issue calmly after noticing the video was not ranking.

I cooperated fully during the process by following their instructions and changing the channel as requested.

After the service failed to deliver results, I requested either completion of the service (Top 10 ranking as advertised) or a refund.

The seller refused both and instead repeated the same messages without providing proof or a resolution, which left me with no option but to open this dispute.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
Completion of the service as advertised (achieving a Top 10 ranking for the agreed keyword) or a full refund due to non-delivery of the service.

Please paste any URLs that point to evidence for your Dispute.

Please upload any screenshots, videos, or other document files that point to the required evidence.

Before starting the service, the client informed me about the niche (HWID spoofer / cheat-related keywords). As stated in my thread, I do work with such niches, but performance may vary and these niches are significantly more competitive.

IMG_3721.jpeg

Before we run the promotion/service, I identified that this keyword was highly competitive compared to standard cases. I informed the client about this and clearly offered options:

- Upgrade the package for stronger targeting due to competition

- Choose a different keyword

- Continue with the current order understanding the risk of lower or unstable rankings

IMG_3798.jpeg

The client declined the upgrade and chose to proceed with the existing order.

Despite this, I completed the service and also provided a replacement (as per my thread, only one replacement is included per order).

Regarding results:

The service was actively delivered, and the video did appear in search, as referenced in the client’s own message. However, rankings in such niches are highly volatile and depend on factors like competition, channel strength, and YouTube algorithm behavior.

IMG_3800.jpeg

This is not a case of non-delivery. The service was performed, effort was made, and additional support (replacement) was provided.

The core issue here is expectation of guaranteed Top 10 ranking in a highly competitive niche, even after declining the recommended upgrade and choosing to proceed under standard conditions.

For these reasons, I believe the service was delivered in line with the conditions and the dispute should be resolved fairly.

1. Incorrect claim: “Informed before service started”

The seller states:
“Before we run the promotion/service, I informed the client…”
This is incorrect.

From the chat logs:
  • I sent payment first
  • Immediately after, I was told:
    “We promote hwid for $100”
  • When I questioned this, the response was:
    “We have already started…”
1774992288648.png
1774992353036.png
This clearly shows:
  • The pricing change and “competitive niche” explanation were introduced after payment
  • The service was already started before any agreement on new terms

2. Service objective was not achieved

The service promise:
Top 10 ranking
Result:
  • The video never reached Top 10
  • No proof of ranking was provided
When I asked for proof, the seller responded:
“Never checked”
1774992531366.png
So there is no evidence the service was successfully completed.

3. “Appeared in search” ≠ delivered service

The seller now claims:
“video did appear in search”
This is not the advertised service.
The service being sold is:
Top 10 ranking
Appearing somewhere in search results does not fulfill that promise.

4. Replacement does not resolve non-delivery

A replacement was provided, but:
  • The replacement video also did not reach Top 10
  • The thread states:
“We’re here to support you until your video performs”
The video never performed, so the service remains incomplete.

So...
  • Pricing conditions were introduced after payment
  • Service was started without clear agreement on updated terms (including the 24 hour guarantee he made up after failing to achieve top 10 ranking, he didnt address that in his last response)
  • The promised result (Top 10 ranking) was not achieved
  • No proof of ranking was provided

@Skfoo Where does the seller specifically promise a top 10 ranking?

@ghost1906 You've been online since my last post, I'd like a response to the above within 12 hours please.

Regarding the moderator’s question:

While my thread title mentions “Top 10”, it is presented as an expected outcome based on typical results, not as a guaranteed position. This is also supported by the disclaimer in my thread stating that performance may vary, especially in competitive or high-risk niches.

In particular, niches such as HWID spoofer / cheat-related keywords fall into high-risk categories, which are known to perform less consistently and are significantly more competitive compared to standard content.

In SEO and YouTube ranking services, exact positions cannot be guaranteed, as rankings depend on multiple external factors such as competition, channel authority, and algorithm behavior.

In this specific case:
- The client selected a highly competitive HWID spoofer keyword
- I informed him during the process about the increased difficulty
- I offered options (upgrade, different keyword, or continue with risk)
- The client chose to proceed without upgrading

Despite this, I delivered the service and also provided a replacement.

The core misunderstanding here is the expectation of a fixed Top 10 ranking, while the service is based on improving ranking and visibility, not guaranteeing exact positions — especially in high-risk niches like HWID spoofer, as already stated in my thread (“performance may vary”).

I believe this clarifies the situation.

Additionally, I would like to point out that during the process, the client himself indicated that the video was appearing/ranking in search (“it still ranking on free hwid spoofer”) and responded with “It’s fine now”.

This shows that at that stage, the service had a visible effect and the client did not raise any issue regarding non-delivery.

While rankings can fluctuate, especially in highly competitive niches like HWID spoofer, this demonstrates that the service was actively working and not a case of no delivery

@Skfoo @ghost1906 Do either of you have any further evidence to submit?
All the important evidence was submitted from my side but i would like to clarify this.

"The client chose to proceed without upgrading" i've explained this situation already in my last response.
The pricing change and “competitive niche” explanation were introduced after payment and the service had already started before any agreement on new terms.

1. “Top 10” vs “performance may vary”

The seller is now presenting the service as “improving visibility” rather than achieving Top 10 ranking.
However, the thread clearly advertises:
“Looking to rank your video in the TOP-10” and "Fast and Guaranteed"
This is presented as the core outcome of the service.
I fully understand that rankings can fluctuate and are not 100% controllable. However, “performance may vary” does not mean no Top 10 ranking at any point. In this case, the video never reached Top 10, and no evidence was provided that it ever did.

2. Clarification of my message (“it still ranking…”)

The seller is repeatedly using my message:
“it still ranking on free hwid spoofer”
This was not a confirmation that the video was ranking.
The full context shows:
  • I was asking whether switching to only “free hwid spoofer” keyword would still allow the video to rank, after being told another keyword was not working
  • The message was written quickly and missing a question mark, the correct message would be "it still be ranking on free hwid spoofer?" (editing is disabled in the group chat)
  • I later clarified this explicitly
1775052356590.png
Additionally:
  • i reacted with a thumbs up emoji on his "It's fine now" message thinking he understood me correctly.
  • The seller was asked to provide proof of ranking
  • Their response was:
    “Never checked”
So there is no verification that the video ever ranked in Top 10 and he never checked while he was working in the video.

3. “Service was working” claim

The seller states that the service was “actively working” because the video appeared in search.
However, appearing somewhere in search results is not the service being sold.
The advertised outcome is Top 10 ranking, which was not achieved.

His last response still does not address the conditions that were introduced after payment without clear agreement on updated terms.

I would like to address the remaining points clearly and professionally:

1. “Top 10” wording in the thread
The thread title mentions “Top 10 in 1–2 days” as a representation of typical results, not as a guaranteed fixed ranking.

This is supported by the disclaimer in the thread stating that performance may vary, especially in high-risk niches. In particular, niches such as HWID spoofer / cheat-related keywords fall into a highly competitive and volatile category.

These types of keywords are commonly considered “dark niches”, where rankings are less stable due to higher competition, platform sensitivity, and algorithm behavior. Because of this, fixed Top 10 rankings cannot be reliably guaranteed.

IMG_3721.jpeg

2. Niche competitiveness and options provided
Once the competitive nature of the HWID spoofer keyword became clear, I informed the client and provided clear options:
- upgrade for stronger targeting
- choose a different keyword
- continue with the current package while accepting the risk

The client chose to proceed without upgrading.

3. Service delivery and replacement
The service was fully executed and traffic was delivered. Additionally, I provided one replacement in good faith, which is already more than required per my thread conditions.

The video did appear in search during the process, which shows that the service had an effect, even though rankings in such niches can fluctuate.

4. Message clarification (“it still ranking…”)
The client now states this was a question. However, at the time, the message was not corrected and was followed by “It’s fine now ”.

Telegram allows message editing within a time window, and there is no restriction preventing correction in standard group chats. The context of the conversation shows that, at that moment, the client did not raise any issue and acknowledged the result.

5. Clarification regarding “Never checked”
This was misunderstood. It does not mean the service was not performed, but rather that rankings were not manually tracked at every moment, as positions in such niches can change dynamically.

Conclusion:
This is not a case of non-delivery. The service was performed, traffic was delivered, and a replacement was provided.

The core issue is an expectation of a guaranteed Top 10 ranking in a highly competitive, high-risk niche, despite the disclaimer that performance may vary and the option to upgrade being declined.

I believe this reflects the situation fairly and I am open to a reasonable resolution if required.

As a gesture of goodwill, and despite the service being delivered and a replacement already provided, I am open to offering the client a discounted rate on a future order or an adjusted service if they are willing to continue.

My intention is to resolve this professionally and maintain fairness for both sides.

@Skfoo A compromise has been offered here. If you choose to accept it then I will close this dispute. If not then I will make a final judgement on it shortly.

I’ll get to the offer shortly, but first I’d like to reply to his response even though it shouldn’t really be necessary, as he’s repeating points I’ve already addressed and supported with evidence.

1. “Top 10” representation vs guarantee

The thread explicitly advertises:
“Looking to rank your video in the TOP-10”
This is presented as the core outcome of the service, not merely “visibility improvement.”
The disclaimer:
“performance may vary”
does not state that:
  • the video may never reach Top 10 at all
  • or that no measurable ranking outcome is required
“Performance may vary” reasonably refers to:
  • position within Top results
  • speed of ranking
  • stability
not complete failure to achieve the advertised result. (There is no question about this)

2. Timing of “competitive niche” disclosure

The seller states that I was informed and given options but that conditions should have been already informed to me before paying.
However, the timeline shows (already proved with evidence):
This means:
  • The competitive pricing and conditions were introduced after payment
  • The service had already begun before any clear agreement on new terms
This is not a valid pre-service agreement and should not even be allowed to give new conditions after already purchasing the service.

3. Service delivery vs advertised outcome

The seller states that:
traffic was delivered and the video appeared in search
However, the service being sold is:
Top 10 ranking
Appearing somewhere in search results does not fulfill that outcome.
Additionally, the thread states:
“If your video fails to rank… we’ll provide a free replacement”
A replacement was provided, but:
  • the replacement also did not reach Top 10
  • therefore, the service remains incomplete

4. Clarification of “it still ranking…” message

This message has been repeatedly used out of context.
  • It was intended as a question regarding whether the video would still rank after keyword adjustments
  • The message was not editable in that group (evidence provided)
  • I later clarified this
Also:
  • I asked for proof of ranking
  • The seller responded:
    “Never checked”
So there is no evidence that the video ever ranked in Top 10.

The phrase “It’s fine now” was written by the seller, not me. I only reacted with an emoji, assuming the issue was resolved on their end.

5. “Never checked” clarification

To be clear:
The evidence i posted from the seller saying "Never checked" doesn't claim the service was not performed.
It shows that:
  • the seller never checked whether the video actually reached Top 10
  • and no proof of achieving the advertised result has been provided

7. Goodwill offer

I respectfully decline the offer of a discounted future service.
I have already paid for a service that did not achieve the advertised outcome.

I’ll get to the offer shortly, but first I’d like to reply to his response even though it shouldn’t really be necessary, as he’s repeating points
In fairness, you've been doing exactly the same thing.
I respectfully decline the offer of a discounted future service.
That's your choice, of course.

My judgement is that @ghost1906 should refund @Skfoo $25, which is half the amount asked for by the accuser.

I see no evidence of any scamming here, merely a case of a buyer being dissatisfied with a service. I do think the seller should maybe reconsider the wording of their sales thread as it makes bold claims that leave them open to issues such as this dispute. But they delivered a service, offered a replacement and a goodwill offer and these have all been considered in my final decision.

My decision is final. I would like the amount to be refunded within 24 hours of this post and for confirmation of the amount to be made in this thread by both parties.
