My Google Ads account isn't spending money.

Hello, I have a question about this topic that I haven't been able to resolve for 2 months.

My Google Ads campaigns, when uploading ED or DB (nutras), simply don't spend.
The account doesn't crash, there are no alerts, nothing happens, it simply doesn't spend.
Our cloaker is correct, the page is correct, the presell is correct, but Google doesn't make our account spend. I budget $500 and it spends around $20 a day. The most I get is a "website compromised" message.

As explained, I've already done all the warm-up processes but nothing works. I run ads in the US, YouTube ads.

Does anyone know how I can proceed? I'm losing money and have barely sold anything for over 2 months.

I'm sorry, but the only solution would be to change your account. Get a older account. If you encounter such issues, you can mark the account as useless.

I've switched countless times. I have 20 accounts here from 2010, none of them have any charges. Most people are complaining about this too!

I run campaigns with black ads. I set a budget of 100%, but Google doesn't process the payment. The correct behavior would be for Google to spend the money and make the ad run, but it doesn't spend the money and the ad doesn't generate results.

Ok, you mean your ads are stagnant right? Why not optimize the ads or split test for better performance.

Try split-testing. Honestly, i'm not adwords expert but, i have had good success in the past with adwords campaigns.

if 20 aged accounts all have the same issue its not the accounts. google is silently throttling your spend because they detect something in your setup. they dont always ban you anymore they just stop delivering.

the "website compromised" message confirms they flagged something. either your cloaker isnt fooling their manual reviewers, your domain is burned, or your landing page fingerprint is flagged. change everything not just the account.

Btw are you from Brazil or are you using a Brazilian account?

Yes! It always causes the problem of a compromised website. I think our website is blocking Google bots or something similar. Has something similar happened to you, or do you have any suggestions on what could be done? We've already changed the cloaking and nothing, I use Cloudflare.
Yes, I'm from Brazil! However, I use American accounts, it's only in pt.

Since September 2025, Google has implemented a system that limits accounts considered risky for its interests.

Your account is currently under review, and you might be able to spend, but not more than 1 to 3 dollars per day, and this time indefinitely.

I had the same issue, even on older accounts with spending history that belonged to legitimate WH agencies.

I recommend contacting Google Ads support and playing dumb about it. They’ll tell you your account is currently under review. Ask them to carry out the review themselves.

At the moment, I think this is the only way out.

It’s quite clever on their part, because it forces people to go through Google Ads support, which they’ve also made much less accessible, and as a result, less BH.

You can still try using agency accounts, or switch traffic sources. Facebook is currently the most popular for GH/BH operations, and it even seems to turn a blind eye to agency accounts generating large amounts of traffic.

Instead of contacting and waiting for Google approval team. Why can't he/she creating a landing page, make some modifications within the pages of this Lp.

I've already tried doing that, but it didn't work.

I also tried doing a presell via Convertri, but that didn't work either.
Idk what to do anymore, i will try talk with Google again, but its hard

idk how to explain it correctly, but I know it's correct because my cloaking is the same as a friend's, and his works perfectly.

that $20/day on a $500 budget is basically google soft-ghosting you, ran into the exact same wall pushing a testosterone nutra last year and topped out at $23 spend before hitting the "website compromised" flag. what fixed it for me was aging a separate account for 3 weeks on white hat supplements first, then slowly migrating the offer over, the trust score on a fresh account just cant handle nutra out the gate no matter how clean the cloak is
