Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a reliable provider of static residential or ISP proxies with broad coverage across the entire United States, not just a handful of major states.

Use case:
Primarily for managing multiple accounts and running location-specific listings, so geographic diversity is important.

Requirements:
  • Residential (not datacenter)
  • Static IPs (non-rotating)
  • Ability to select specific states
  • Clean IPs with good uptime
  • Scalable if needed

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve tested a few of them already, but most seem to offer only limited U.S. state coverage.

What I really need is full nationwide coverage (all states available for selection), not just a few major locations.

can you drop the list of most reliable and clean ones you have tried even with the limited converage

for multi account management and location specific listings, I suggest looking for ISP proxies rather than pure residential. they tend to have better uptime and more consistent geo-targeting. make sure whatever provider you go with allows you to pick by state and not just city.

ask for a trial with IPs in the less common states like Idaho or Montana and see the actual geo accuracy.

For genuine ISP static proxies with state-level targeting, IPRoyal and Smartproxy's ISP tier are the most practical — both have real carrier ASNs and let you pick specific states. BrightData has the widest coverage but pricing doesn't make sense unless you're doing serious volume. One thing most people skip: verify the ASN actually resolves to a residential ISP and not a datacenter block rebranded as "residential" — run IPs through ipinfo.io before committing to a batch.

Yeah, for ROI it's solid to have nationwide static proxies that you can pick by state. But make sure they’re real ISP proxies, not random datacenter rebrands. Check the ASN maps to a real carrier and test uptime in a few states before you scale. If you can pick by state, you’re in a good spot—run a quick 1-2 week test and see if conversions hold.
