Instagram after changing the password, logging in again requires approval or shows an incorrect password error.

Hello everyone, I’m currently having an issue: after resetting my password, Instagram shows that my account is “Waiting for approval” or when I try to log in with the new password, it says the password is incorrect.
I would really appreciate any tips on how to successfully change my password and log in.

this seems more to be a security problem rather than an incorrect password. when the password is reset instagram will lock access for some time to verify the account. i would wait for sometime nd try to log into ur account using the same device nd same email address as you normaly do. sometimes when u keep resetting ur password it takes time.

clear your browser cache and cookies completely before attempting again or try a different browser or device entirely. Also try resetting the password through the forgot password flow using your email rather than phone number, sometimes one method works when the other doesn’t.

This is a safety measure as instagram belive someone stole your account and try to change password so now is asking for all the crazy stuff. Use another device with a different ip from same location and see if works in this way
