comments not showing on "most relevant"

On some of my profiles, Facebook constantly does not show comments under “Most Relevant”; the comment is only visible when the view is switched to “All Comments.” I’m wondering how this can be fixed. Does this mean the profile isn’t warmed up enough, or is it something else?

I have that error as well. When I choose All comments, it didn't even show all. But it doesn't affect me much so I'm not really into how to fix it or report to FB support team. It's just a FB thing

it depends on whether you are using a standard or a professional account if you have a professional account that feature will be available br

Currently, I am also having this problem but it doesn't affect me . Meta seems to have added the "Most Relevant" feature so that AI can help users see related comments. But it doesn't seem very available.

It's automatic, we can't fix it,
but you can select all comments.
