Posting on reddit service?

I have seen that many people are giving services that they post on reddit on your behalf and definately we pay them per post is it authentic

A lot of “Reddit posting services” are just paid spam with nicer wording

Yes these services exist and some are legit, but results vary a lot. Reddit is tricky because accounts with low karma or obvious promotional posts get downvoted or removed fast. The good services use aged accounts and post naturally, the cheap ones just spam and get banned. If you try one, make sure they're posting in relevant subreddits and not making it look like an ad.

this is the most valuable way. Not a lot of people have the patience for it though

Yes there are services and strategies for posting on Reddit, but you need to be careful because Reddit is highly anti-spam and community-driven. Random promotion or automation can get accounts banned fast.
