what are the CPA networks that don't screw you? seems loudmo (ppi) is all over as not paying too. we can send lots of traffic, but we are scared to venture into it unless we can trust a network.

There's always a risk of getting 'screwed' when you're sending BH traffic.. has nothing to do with the trust of a network.
For those banned craplead did not care if you promoted fake content for over a year. They just recently started to "care". Everyone who promoted fake content was approved and your Website was even under the microscope with John and he had approved you. He knows exactly what you are doing he is not stupid. But why did he let everyone run for a long time? That just shows you how shitty this company is. They new what you were promoting and then one day decided they would become legit. I'm guessing they have taken about $10,000,000 from publishers in the past three months. I get these numbers because I know of two people who add up to over $100,000 alone. They aren't even receiving advertiser complaints for 95%+ of the accounts I think. They are just greedy. They didn't even return the money that was kept back to the advertisers. There excuse for keeping it was to battle all the fraud. Most fake content was still a real lead to the advertiser. So there isn't any fraud to battle. When they receive DMCAs all they have to do is comply and not pay anything. So really its just a bs story to keep everyone's money. I hope they go under the scope by the feds and irs. Its suspicious gaining millions over night. Nothing will happen to them but maybe they will get audited.
Also, I wonder if they are funneling money through a new "publisher". Just a conspiracy theory that I thought of.

What other place can you get like C P A L..D? I am looking for something similar but not looking to get banned. I am not going to do anything like movies or copyrighted, but I want something legit.

This is interesting thread. ******* has made an army of haters by cleaning up their network. Do you think any network would be stupid enough to engage in this kind of internet war when they would clearly see what will happen. ******* does not sit at the top of the food chain. They have their asses kicked hard by advertisers when they send garbage traffic too. There are few reason I might think of:
- Breaking TOS - banned - nothing to explain here
- Low conversion rate - banned - why others' traffic is double or triple in conversion rate when you are not, you must be doing something shady (If you can explain yourself you get your money back)
- Inactivity - banned - You are not profitable and taking up their resources
Look at the history of money making like face book, CL and others there is boom and doom. They all raised their defense at BH methods then there's no surprise when all CPA networks start cleaning up their pubs. This is the doom of back hat CPA so you better adapt to it or find another method to make money. ******* will be the first and all others will follow because they also must adapt to feed their hungry pocket. No advertiser would love to work with someone who doesn't provide them at least a positive ROI. Would you?
