I am still new, but I have started using social media and noticed it helps a bit with quick traffic while SEO takes time to build. I am just confused about where to focus like Pinterest, Reddit, or Instagram. What is working best for you?

Its depend on niche, reddit can bring decent of traffic if you are doing in right way.

Pinterest is a good traffic source since the pins you create last for years and can bring decent traffic through their entire lifetime.

Try pasting your blog posts onto medium or substack to steal some of their built-in daily readers, pinterest is also a massive cheat code if you just make simple canva pins linking back to your articles, both options let you bypass google entirely while your new domain ages.

Yeah, don’t rely only on Google in the beginning.

Some underrated ones that work are Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora. They can send traffic pretty fast if you post useful stuff and stay consistent.

Also, try short-form content like TikTok or Reels and link back to your blog. Even a few videos can bring steady clicks.

Another one is repurposing your content on Medium or similar platforms to get extra reach.

Pick one or two sources and focus on them. Trying everything at once usually doesn’t work.

Strat 1:
I personally created accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linked-in, X and pinterest, and daily we re-share our blog posts on all these platforms.

There is a limit of 5 per day, but it definitely brings traffic. You might not see the traffic in a day, but over the course of period, this strategy works.

I have a news website which has 50% traffic from social media, which aided with google AdSense approval as well.

Strat 2:
There are competitors to google as well, mainly 'bing'. Integrate your website there aswell.

I have a few websites which perform better on bing than google.

Another forgotten souce is emails from newsletters in your field. geting yourself on a few lists will bring you more involved trafic in a week than any amount of social networking campaigns.
A couple of hundred specific clicks always work beter than thousands of irrelevant ones.
