Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
I saw this person's post on the BHW forum showing he was selling BM2500, and I saw an administrator vouching for him, indicating he was a trustworthy seller. I then contacted him through his Telegram account listed in his post and inquired about the price. He told me it was $18,000 USD, and I paid him 18,000 USDT via trc20. He told me to wait a few minutes, but unexpectedly, he immediately deleted our chat history and hasn't replied to any messages since. I have saved most of our conversations. We also confirmed the transaction through BHW.On BHW, he sent me the payment address to which I was supposed to send funds; his Telegram handle could be identified from the posts he had published.
This is the transaction hash for the payment I sent him: 2862fb9e2c7a8b57e6a40c52fcc2e5ea3f562d8a1d6e237795124416ee814df7.
The receiving address he provided can be found in my BHW conversation with him; I have submitted screenshots as evidence.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
Later, I attempted to send him a private message via BHW, but he did not respond—despite being online at the time. However, when I reached out to him using a different Telegram account, he *did* reply. This clearly indicates that he is a fraud who is actively looking to scam other people. I will attach screenshots to substantiate these claims; unfortunately, this platform limits uploads to 10 images at a time, so I will post the remaining evidentiary screenshots in the comments section.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I request a refund.

Information For The Accused
@FocusFocus, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

Dispute Summary

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Thread Open For Commentary

Obviously, due to the very high amount of money involved in this dispute, we are extremely keen to make sure this person does not trade on BHW again. We have already had one member come forward with information about them trading via Telegram while this dispute was live.

If anyone has any more info to share about them, it would be a great benefit to the community and also to staff if you came forward either in this thread or via DM to a staff member. Thank you.

No its a business manager account that is able to create 2500 Ad Accounts. Regular price of such accounts are around 50k. I feel really bad for you OP.

Oh my god, $18,000…

Sorry for your loss, but for such a large amount, you really should use escrow.

Sorry for your loss. For crypto deals this big, always use escrow.

escrow.com mentioned above is fiat only, doesn't work for USDT/crypto.

Thats painful to read… ;-; sorry you went through this
$18k is no joke hope this thread at least prevents others from getting hit the same way
