I’m exploring LinkedIn for monetization and wanted to know what’s actually working right now; are you getting better results from personal branding, content posting, or lead generation strategies?

For B2B products/services it´s the best platform.
Create good content, search for good related connections, comments in related posts/groups... all these can works.

Monetizing LinkedIn in 2026 is less about “posting a lot” and more about building authority + systems that convert attention into revenue. The biggest shift: LinkedIn is now a top-of-funnel engine, not the place where money is made directly

It’s mostly personal branding + lead gen, not direct monetization.

LinkedIn doesn’t really pay you for views, you make money by turning content into clients.

I will choose lead generation over everything else for linkedin

Lead gen is still the most reliable way to make money on LinkedIn, especially for B2B. Content and personal branding help, but only if they bring people into your DMs.

The best approach right now is simple: post niche content, build trust then convert through conversations.

Personal branding and content help, but lead generation is usually where the money comes from. The best setup is using content to build trust, then turning that attention into DMs, calls, or offers. And if you are testing content across different LinkedIn accounts, an antidetect browser can help keep them isolated and make activity look more natural.

Right now, personal branding combined with consistent content tends to drive the best results on LinkedIn.

Right now on LinkedIn, the best results come from combining all three: personal branding builds trust, content drives attention, and lead generation converts. Posting alone gets views, but a full system brings clients.

From my tests, LinkedIn works best when you focus on real ROI, not vibes. Do a small test with 1–2 offers, track CPA/lead value, and use posts to pre-sell before messaging. Build a simple funnel: post → DM → quick call, then optimize. It’s not about blowing up with likes, it’s about steady, measurable ROI.

For methe strongest methods are service leads, consulting newsletter growth, digital products, and sending traffic to a simple funnelCold outreach can still work, but only if the profile looks credible and the message is not generic

In my opinion linkedIn operates more as a networkking site than as an immediate means for making sales. Having a good personal brand can help make ppl remember who uh r nd providing quality content can demonstrate ur credibility. The best approach to success would be to combbine all these three factors.

I think LinkedIn is better suited for professional networking, brand promotion, and job opportunities than for making money directly on the platform. I also tried affiliate marketing on LinkedIn, but it wasn't effective in my experience.

You could comment:

Lead generation is still winning for me. Personal branding and consistent content build trust, but targeted outreach is what turns views into clients.

Personal branding works for me because I have a pest control business in my country and the more leads and customers I get the more money I make.

Linkedin is for business to business so find a product you have passion about write about it , create a shop or something where you sell in bulk to other businesses or if you offer services that are for business is even better

You should start with leads / adds and quality contents should be posted.

Work for lead gen in Linkedin. Don't work for likes and impressions only. your profile and posts should bring qualified leads for your products or services.
