Personally, I don't agree with you. As long as the customer knows it's a replica and receives their item, I don't see why it wouldn't be ethical. If you knew how many people can't afford, say, a €500 t-shirt and prefer to buy one for €70—myself included—but most people don't know where to find them.

Even though cloaking configurations are very safe, I think there is a risk of being banned if the deception is ever detected.

In reality, even if you get banned or something, there are lots of ways to get around bans and easily set up a new store. (If a store gets banned, it will only be store B, the one that takes the money. It's impossible for store A to get banned.)

And even if the store is banned, it will not be banned for counterfeiting because Shopify has no way of tracing the store A if the setup is done correctly.
So they have no proof that the products are high risk, but they can still ban them for strange patterns or other reasons.

From what I understand, the exact term you're looking for is Cloaking. This is a technique of displaying different content to users and moderation tools or bots. In your case, the Shopify system would see a normal sales website, while actual customers would see the luxury items you sell.
However, I need to point out that Shopify and payment gateways are extremely strict about this. If caught using cloaking to circumvent the rules, your account will be permanently locked and your funds may be frozen
