Is the TikTok custom comment service no longer available on the SMM panel?

After placing an order, some panels canceled the order directly, some panels showed the order as completed but the comments were not actually saved on TikTok, and some were still in the "processing" status for several days. I contacted technical support, and they said they were working on it, but a week has passed and it's still not resolved.

TikTok tightened things a lot, especially around comments and engagement automation. Custom comments are one of the first things to break because they’re easy to detect.
Some panels still list the service but it’s either delayed, partially working or just straight up fake delivery.
If you really need it, you’ll have to test smaller/private providers or do it manually. Public panels are pretty hit or miss at the moment.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same. TikTok custom comment services on most SMM panels are either gone or barely working now. Probably due to stricter platform restrictions, since even the ones still listed are super unreliable. I’ve tried a few and they either don’t deliver or get stuck midway.
Lately, I’ve had better results using some platforms instead of panels. It’s more manual, but you actually get real users commenting. Something like SproutGigs works pretty well if you set it up right.

It’s possible...a lot of SMM panels have phased out TikTok custom comment services because the platform keeps cracking down on automation and fake engagement. Some panels still list it, but it either doesn’t work well anymore or gets blocked. If you’re not seeing it on your panel, it probably means the provider removed or suspended that feature. Best bet is to ask your panel’s support for a current status or look for alternative legit engagement strategies instead.

what's average price for it? do you pay per comment or what? how it works?
Maybe we can try to think how to realize that - if there is interest and demand for this. After all, we have already successfully automated all our core processes - as warming up and posting videos or slideshows

I've noticed that the custom commenting service on TikTok's SMM dashboards is currently very unstable. The main reason is that TikTok's system now automatically detects and hides comments with repetitive content or containing keywords suspected of being spam from SMM and TikTok constantly changes its API structure, making the automated scripts of the panels outdated. In my opinion, as an alternative, you should prioritize commenting services based on video content or build your own team of high quality accounts to manually interact, ensuring the safety of your channel.
