Domains keep cloning my site - Please HELP!

Hey, quick question for anyone who’s dealt with this.

Dealing with a rotating set of domains cloning my site (text/images/layout). They also switch to cloaking/redirects to hide it from the hosting provider and Google.

I’ve submitted Google DMCA and spam reports, reported the issue to the registrar and the hosting providers.

I’ve gotten some domains taken down, but they keep re-registering/restoring the same domains and launching new ones. Meanwhile Google still shows indexed results (with my content) for the dead/redirected domains, so the SERP damage keeps going.

Please advice how to stop the cycle, stop the repeated restoration of suspended domains and speed up Google deindexing.

Focus on killing the source, not just the domains - report their hosting provider + nameservers and push abuse complaints there so the network gets disrupted.
Use DMCA + spam reports in Google Search Console to speed up deindexing of copied pages.
Also strengthen your original site signals (internal linking + fresh updates) so Google clearly treats yours as the primary source.

For the google results, submit a dmca takedown request directly to google to force them out of the index

Combine actions instead of relying only on DMCA. Keep submitting DMCA but also use Google removal tool for faster deindexing of those URLs. At the same time, strengthen internal linking and add canonicals so Google clearly sees the site as original.
You can also add watermarking or slight content variations to make scrapping less effective. Sadly, you can't fully stop them but you can reduce impact and recover rankings faster.

You’re already doing the right things, but to break the cycle and reduce SERP damage faster, you need to combine legal, technical, and indexing tactics more aggressively.

How use search console to remove URLs fast? I can't use the Google removal tool without adding the domain as a new property in the console, which requires verification, which I can't really do... I can use the Request a refresh of outdated content in Google Search tool, but it only works if the site is down...

Thank you! That is what I'm trying to do every day.
I continue to report to hosting, registrar and Google without result. Spam report to Google - NO RESULT.
I tried everything described above and still nothing helps or at least they don't take them down permanently.
I'm strengthening the authority of the site and still - no result.

They have downloaded one version and are only serving it, they are not scraping constantly, the question is how to stop them from indexing and continuing..

I’d automate the takedown workflow: a tiny monitor that detects new clones by hashing your content and checking new domains daily; then auto-submit DMCA/spam reports via registrar/hosting APIs and push deindex requests via Google Search Console API. If you keep these clones, this speeds things up without extra work. If you want, I can sketch a starter script outline.
