Checked it on Archive.org—dormant since 2019 but clean. No signs of abuse. As long as it's not overpriced, it's acceptable for a PBN or a careful 301 after re-indexing.
If the domain has clean backlinks, relevant niche, and no spam/penalties, it can still work well. But if it was previously abused or deindexed, it’s risky.
The name is killer for a diy or tool niche, just run it through the wayback machine to make sure it wasn't used for spam or casino links recently, if the history is clean, I'd definitely build on it because a brandable domain like that is hard to find
