Hello, i am really tired.

It's been 1 month and one scammer keep attacking me with false copyright claims. He closed my previous channel, youtube didn't even accept my appeal. It's 100% my own content, no any audio, no licensed things. He is just playing with me. Today in my finally Youtube accepted my appeal so my video will republished in 2 weeks. But i am so tired. I know his channel too, how can i send him one too? I don't care if it's legit or not. He sent me false copyright claim 5 times. I can't even make something on my Youtube. I just want to send him one, i want to wait him 2 weeks too.. Please give me advice..

Thank you.

He's a competitor, right? you must be a threat to him if he keeps insisting. Such services arent cheap so i suppose he spent a few K to issue those claims. It costs some money

YouTube copyright system is fucked up, people have been abusing it for years, but if your appeals aren't getting accepted, that's on you! You should learn how to appeal. Also, when your appeal is accepted, your video will be put back on YouTube within 10 business days if the claimant doesn't prove they will take it to court (which these mf abusers never do obviously). As for your request on how to send a fake copyright claim, that's illegal and against BHW TOS.

There are services around the web offering that, but I’m sure his competitor is doing it himself, so it’s costing him a few minutes to hold his video hostage for 10 business days.

After 10 business day, when my video reuploaded.. Can he send a new strike again to same video?..

If you win an appeal and your video gets restored, the same channel/Gmail cannot strike the video again for the same reason, as it’s marked resolved. What these mf usually do is either go after your other videos or use another channel to send another false copyright claim on the video you already won an appeal for.

If you have a small channel, unfortunately youtube doesn't check copyright strikes to such channels properly. The only thing you can do is to appeal and describe everything as it is. The most important is to prove that your videos are unique and created by yourself.

Don’t waste time trying to strike back - that just puts your own channel at risk. Better move is hardening your proof pipeline, keep project files + timelines + exports archived, even upload drafts privately/unlisted early so you have timestamps if strikes come again. Also spread uploads across backup channels + mirror traffic sources, so one bad actor can’t freeze your whole workflow.
... thank you

Use youtube copyright tool to report his channel to stop his harassment or spam/scam.Must be mention he is abusing the legal takedown system to harass creator.

and you know yt will side with the other guy
trying to steal your stuff.

Man, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. The YouTube strike system is honestly broken when it comes to protecting creators from trolls. It’s a huge win that you got your appeal accepted, though! I know you’re angry, but be careful with 'revenge strikes'—if YouTube catches you sending a false one, they might nuked your new channel for 'abuse of tools.' Hang in there for those two weeks.
