Best proxy providers?

"Best" depends on the target.
For actual work I care more about clean IPs and low flag rate than brand names - NodeMaven been good for me for resi/mobile, and Evomi is decent if you just need cheap good DC.
Bright/Oxy are fine too if you enjoy paying enterprise tax :D

Which residential or mobile proxy services do you recommend? I've tried SOAX and ProxyRack, but I want to know if there are better options.
If you find SOAX and ProxyRack insufficient, consider services like Oxylabs or Bright Data (high quality, less likely to be blocked but more expensive), or NetNut (stable, good speed). If you need a cost-effective solution, Decodo or IPRoyal are also good options for scaling.

I think everything is relative; it depends on what you need. It's best to request a test, I don't know, try the proxy, and see if it actually works, and then buy it. Because many sell you mobile proxies that aren't really mobile devices, so we're already starting off on the wrong foot, with issues like the fingerprint not being compatible, among other things.

There's a lot of competition in that market right now, too much, I'd say. Anyone offering a good service doesn't mind a free trial, so the customer can try it and see if the service they offer really works for them.

Also, try going with less well-known providers. In my opinion, their IP pools don't renew very quickly, and that also matters—that you're using fresh IPs, so to speak.

Top proxy providers right now include Bright Data, Oxylabs, Decodo (Smartproxy), SOAX, and NetNut—known for speed, large IP pools, and reliability

You can check the WTB section here, there are quite a few solid providers posting, and a lot of them offer free trials so you can test before committing. Way better than guessing, especially since performance can vary a lot depending on your use case.

What is your use case? We might to be able to suggest a specific product

If you’re already using a few services, a good way to compare others is to run small tests on the sites you’re targeting and look at things like block rates, response speed, and the bandwidth cost per successful request. You could also check out the proxy marketplace here to see what options people are offering: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/

bhw has many proxy sellers - check out proxy sales

Yes, Bright Data is one of the oldest and largest residential proxy providers. If you need top-quality proxies and don’t mind the higher cost, it’s a strong choice.

"even with a dedicated unlimited ISP proxy, YouTube access for uploading videos is blocked by Bright Data policy.
This is not a technical limitation of your specific proxy; it’s a global restriction on our proxy networks."

humm..
Switch your proxy provider and choose one that does not impose these limitations.

There is no best unless you know what to look for and have a bot to test on medium size scale.

Clean ip?

Guaranteed sticky time?

Price?

Connectivity?

Which kind? Static isp? How do you check if the subnet is alright or a "bad neighbourhood"?

residential? How do you know how many other devices have been associated with the ip? There's services out there who know.

No limits as per banking sites access( don't you wannabe carders ever pm or get in touch for advice, you should get a honest job and if you need to ask any one thing about this topic, you're not ready for it)

so far absolutelly nobody has provided any sort of answer addressing any of these things.

Almost all residential proxy nodes are some sort of compromised iot devices and they get rotated fast. All of them will eventually end up on some shit list and be useless, it's only a matter of time, not if.

There are some routers which are shipped with exploits or can be exploited, these are as good a proxy can be , but unethical, you wouldn't like if someone cracked your router , would you.

The best proxy is the one you make yourself, costs money, takes knowledge but its the best, there's ways to spoof l4 tcp for your own proxies.

Anyway, if you buy run off the mill proxies from legacy providers, you must check each ip before deploying they can't be trusted with a single word they say, honorable exception perhaps nodemaven for residential and static isp.

We have chatgtp these days, why don't you all read up on some catastrophic blunders the big legacy names have committed in the past, some so bad they required rebranding in name. Like assigning the same all cert to millions of exit ips. Forwarded for headers, dns leaks, you name it, one of of your dear legacy providers has done it.
