Always remember though when buying through exchanges, "Not your keys, not your coins".
I would suggest after you buy with PayPal from an exchange, you should move your coins to a hot or cold wallet with your own seedphrase etc.
And when you feel like selling your coins again you can do the same and move them back to the exchange.
It feels safer for me to keep my coins on my own private wallet, than leave them still on an exchange.
