Hi everyone!
I recently came across the Ecomzy platform and heard it’s built for solopreneurs. However, I haven’t been able to find much trustworthy information about it. Has anyone here tried it or knows more about how it works? I’d really appreciate any insights or personal experiences!

Hi! I’ve looked into Ecomzy recently while researching platforms for an online dropshipping business, so I can share a bit of what I found.
Basically, if you’re wondering what is Ecomzy, it’s positioned as an ecommerce platform designed for people who want to start a dropshipping store without dealing with too many technical setups. The idea is to give solopreneurs the basic tools needed when starting a dropshipping business, like store setup, product management, and integrations in one place.

Regarding the question “is Ecomzy legit,” from what I’ve seen it’s a relatively new platform, so there aren’t as many long-term reviews yet compared to bigger ecommerce systems. That’s probably why it’s harder to find detailed user experiences.

If your goal is to start dropshipping, it might be worth testing the platform yourself and comparing it with other options. A lot of people who are learning how to start a dropshipping business usually try a couple of platforms before deciding which one fits their workflow best.

Would also be interesting to hear from anyone here who has already launched a store on Ecomzy.

Where are the advantages of this over shopify and commerce? Which one is friendlier?
Alright, so after spending time with both Ecomzy and Shopify, the biggest difference honestly comes down to how fast and easy you can get moving.

With Ecomzy, everything just feels more straightforward. You’re not stuck clicking through a bunch of settings or figuring out which apps you need just to get basic stuff working. It’s more of a plug-and-play vibe, which is great if you’re trying to launch quickly without overthinking every step. Shopify, on the other hand, is powerful, but it can feel kinda heavy in the beginning, especially if you’re doing everything solo.

Another thing is costs. With Shopify, it’s super easy to end up paying for multiple apps just to cover things like upsells, product imports, or design tweaks. With Ecomzy, a lot of that feels built-in already, so you’re not stacking subscriptions right away. That alone makes it feel less stressful when you’re just getting started.

Also, Ecomzy seems more focused on actually getting a store live and testing products fast, instead of spending hours polishing every little detail. It’s kind of designed for people who just want to move, test, and iterate. Shopify gives you more control overall, no doubt, but sometimes it feels like you’re building a full-on website instead of just launching a product.

So yeah, Shopify is still the go-to if you want deep customization and a huge ecosystem, but if speed, simplicity, and a cleaner workflow matter more, Ecomzy definitely has an edge.

Thank you for your high-quality reply. I have benefited a lot. Most of my clients are still using shopify at present. This might be due to user inertia

I've been running a side hustle on ecomzy for a couple months. Stumbled across it through some solopreneur forums when I was looking for low effort ecommerce platforms. As someone juggling a full-time job, it's been perfect because everything's automated. I prefer it over bigger platforms like shopify that you mentioned for side projects since there's zero tech overwhelm

Its an ecommerce platform where u can create online store and sell products similar to shopify
I presume dropshippers would need this for good
