I dont get it, if it says, New membership accounts are not accepted at this time then obviously you cant register. Iv tried it multiple times without success. So far, none of those sites in the file allow registration.

Sorry, there's no way to get around that. But if someone wants to go through all the list (I'll probably do that myself eventually) and delete the ones with registrations disabled, that would be appreciated.
