Tiktok comments not showing up?

I made 3 videos today and people have been leaving very kind, positive comments on them, which I saw in my notifications but when I go try to find the comment on my video it's gone. I thought my comment filter had gone overzealous so I turned it off but that didn't fix it. I hear other people are having this same problem, it seems to have started today. Does anyone know what's going on?

This is a widespread TikTok server glitch today (many creators reporting the exact same thing).Quick fixes that actually work right now:

1. Force close TikTok completely and reopen it
2. Settings > Apps > TikTok > Clear cache
3. Log out and log back in

If still broken, TikTok usually patches it within 24 hours.

I also experienced this on TikTok today. I saw a notification that there were comments, but they didn't appear in the video. It's probably a system error or a temporary spam filter malfunction. Sometimes it takes a while for them to reappear.

Sometimes it’s just a temporary glitch on TikTok.
Refreshing the app or logging out and back in can fix it.
