Need help finding customers for the CPI network.

Can you tell me where you look for customers who need their applications installed? We have been working with Windows and Mac for a long time, and now we have decided to expand our network to Android. But there is a problem. We are not an official company, we have partners—various applications and websites that we have helped with promotion, and we work with them. But the advertising agencies we looked at want a link to our website, which we don't have. They want a link to our application, which we don't have. And we don't have an official company either. What do you guys do then? You run ads to get these installs?

It would be hard to find direct mobile CPI offers advertisers because they do not want to ruin their metrics because of someone they do not even know. You need to reach out to them directly and convince them that you will provide them with good installs.

That being said Incentive networks like Ogads and Adbluemedia..ect have a lot of CPI offers but you can run these offers through their lockers only (no direct linking).
