Easy to use and GUI, to where you simply enter a number or click a button, such as when asked how many likes per day/hour to make your profile give out, you put in "50" per day or "5" per hour. No coding or scripting on our part needed. Does such a thing exist?

No that doesn't exist. You can use AI to program something like that though

Not really. There isn’t a universal GUI tool that works smoothly with every anti‑detect browser where you just type “xx likes per day” and it runs automatically. Most setups still rely on scripts or custom automation. If you want something easier, look for an anti‑detect browser that has built‑in RPA automation. Those let you record actions like clicks and scrolling and replay them without coding.

But you could accomplish such a thing with scripts, correct? Are there any good scripts that already exist?
