Both. Depends on situation. I have been doing this for awhile. For most just do yourself when starting out. Until you can make at least a few thousand net per month. Bots no, my own python scripts yes

No. Stay away from YouTube. They are all "gurus". Just like everything I have done, I learn myself. Be a doer, gain experience, go back to the drawing board. Best advice I could possibly give, as basic as it sounds. Most are stuck on studying endlessly, trying to find "perfect" strategies for anything. Especially in this business

If you want, ask me something specific. That's the point of this thread. I do ignore questions like "What made you want to get into this Business"

- Yes
- Depends on the traffic you bring in. The best chatters we pay 20-30% of what they earn. New start them at a lower percentage and base pay
- there are websites you can post on to find chatters. Here maybe too im not sure, havent had to do that
- Advice would be the same for recruiting. Dont be desperate with each sub

Doing this at scale is not possible anonymously. Too many people to trust, too many bills to pay. You would be paying premium just for non-KYC servers, credit cards and compliance avoidance. Put that same money into just paying taxes and you hit even but you have provable track record to attract better talent in future.

1. Contract is contract. Just like in any business you sign a contract to hold another person liable. It is up to you if it is worth suing a woman for breaking contract though. Dont rely on one client, it is number's game. Or be actually good value for them to not want to ditch you.
2. If we are talking 50k net a month, register LTD/LLC. One $50K hits your bank account from crypto and your funds will be frozen. Many agencies send regular invoices.

Those who try to do this anonymously, fail.
