Online arbitrage is basically buying products cheap from one online store and reselling them for a higher price on another marketplace like Amazon or eBay.
Some people do make good money with it, but success usually depends on finding profitable products consistently and managing fees, shipping, and competition.

"Buying products" is obsolete
You find the products on Walmart, Amazon, Target (especially those on sale)
Then you list them on eBay.
When the order comes in, you order the product from Amazon or whatever
and have it delivered as a "gift" to the customer.
It works good with Amazon if you are a member of Prime (free shipping)
Everything is great unless they claim theft, charge back, try to rip you, etc
Personally I think it is better to build a Brand, make it into a Niche related Affiliate and Print on Demand site
Print an AI created book (or get a Fiverr author to do it for $50), post it on Amazon and become an Authority
Build a Buddypress Community around the Niche. Promote it on the socials and build up sales and then either
sell it on Flippa or keep running it and create the next one. I think building a property is more important than
playing click games.

depends heavily on category and size tbhusually 15% referral fee instantly gone. Then u got fulfillment fees (pick pack ship) which depends on weight... plus storage fees if it just sits in their warehouse
tldr expect amazon to take like 30-40% of your final sale price. u need insane ROI on the initial buy for it to even make sense tbh

Buy tons of garbage on 80% discount and sell at non-discounted price. 
You don't have to necessarily sell and bother with logistics.
You can just do affiliate. The drawback of affiliate is that most of this stuff is less ethical and you need to find loopholes to generate good revenue.
