How many hours a day do you actually work?

Be honest. Not the “productive entrepreneur” answer the real one.
Some people say you need to grind 10–12 hours a day to make money online. Others claim they only work 2–3 hours and automate everything.
So I’m curious about people here:
• How many hours do you actually work per day?
• Are you doing everything yourself or using automation / outsourcing?
• Do you think long hours are necessary in this game?

At this point like 5 or so? The rest of the time is me doing something around the hobbies I have, or spending time with gf or friends.

Lots of automation involved. Did lots of work one time, and it's saving me lots of time daily.

It's either long hours, smart work, or being lucky. Those three things, one of those to be exact, is needed to accomplish your goals in anything.

Depends on what the business model is
Some.like blogging and content production do not require much time
Softwares do require support over multiple hours and several other businesses too

If I had £1 for every time this thread had been made in the last year then I could afford to never work any hours per day ever again.
