I'm looking for a processor that will let me scale fast without issue.

Not looking for stripe/paypal cloaking services.

It's fine if its aged with sales sure

What is niche ? and chargeback rate ?

Is 200k month an estimate or is it actual revenue? How long have you been in business and what processor are you currently using?

Payment processors in general like stability. Be very careful growing too quickly as 200k/month , its guaranteed they will hold funds and do a manual review asking documentation. You would need multiple merchant accounts to split the volume, this would be the most solid solution for you.

What kind of products you are selling? Is that high risk products?

I am interested here aswell.

Volume: 500k/month
GEO: North America
CB: 0,22%

Electronics. Dropshipping.

Is there somebody who could help?
What are you currently using to process payments? What is the issue with your current setup?

I have used a company that offers high risk payment processing for over a year with no issues. the trick is finding a legit service provider.

Used Stripe + on-ramp, but wanna scale more aggressively and don't wanna risk any freezes.
It's never a bad idea to have an alternative processor as backup and to even split volumes if you are thinking of scaling quickly. Credit card processors need stability. From my experience, it's 10%-15% growth per 3 months but it varies. No matter how you play it, nowadays, expect manual verification with frozen funds until you provide the requested documentation. Always be prepared to show invoices, bank statements, corporate documents and filings, commercial leases, supplier invoices, etc.

You won't be asked all of this at once, but these are some of the documentation they will eventually ask for. Stripe is dangerous, a lot of the times, they don't bother asking for documents and will close your account without explanation which is why I always advise to stay away from main stream payment gateways such as Stripe and Square.

If capable, apply with a merchant acquirer for a real merchant account where the underwriting is done before you start processing. The biggest factor when you are looking to scale sales aggressively is ultimately the merchant account provider you are using and the foundation it was built on.
