I'm Mahamud from Singapore, diving into proxy reselling similar to what some friends have set up (inspired by threads here on BHW about small ISPs and proxy farms). I've been lurking on threads about IP leasing and proxy partnerships, and it seems like a lot of you have figured out these hidden gem companies for affordable setups. If you've got recommendations for small, reliable providers (not the big names like OVH or Hetzner—looking for niche ones like NetAssist/NJ IX styles), I'd appreciate the shares!


Specifically, I'm after:


1. DEDICATED SERVER

• 1-2 physical dedicated servers
• Low spec is fine (4 core, 8-16GB RAM, SSD)
• Ubuntu OS preferred
• US location preferred (for low latency to my targets)

2. ROUTED IPv4 SPACE

• /29 block (8 IPs) minimum
• /28 block (16 IPs) preferred
• IPs routed to my server
• Full PTR/rDNS control (essential for my use case)

Budget: Around $50-100/month per server + IPs, depending on specs. Open to offshore if the routing is solid, but US-based is ideal. Must be clean IPs (no blacklists) and allow proxy/VPS reselling without strict TOS.


If you run or know a small company offering this, PM me with details, pricing, and how to get started (e.g., reseller programs or direct leasing). Also, tips on how you discovered these providers (e.g., via WHT, Reddit, or direct WHOIS digging) would be gold—trying to replicate my friend's success!

hey I'm from singapore too. there are quite alot of companies offering resellers packages but I dont think it will meet your requirements. its just a lower price point. have u considered other countries which are less popular like singapore Malaysia or Thailand?
