Getting a lot of 'Your review was not published' emails lately for organic, text-heavy reviews. Is it possible Google is over-filtering reviews that include too many keywords?
Yes, that’s definitely possible. Google’s filter has been pretty strict lately. When reviews are very text-heavy or include too many keywords, the system can sometimes treat them as promotional and not publish them.Getting a lot of 'Your review was not published' emails lately for organic, text-heavy reviews. It’s happening across several aged accounts on different local listings. I'm suspecting a new text-pattern filter. Are your campaigns using short natural text or long, keyword-dense descriptions? What do you mean exactly? Are all of these emails for one specific account or multiple? Are they for the same listing or multiple? We've run hundreds of campaigns for Google listings in the past 2 months and except for a few of them, all have been acting surprisingly well. We only used warmed and aged accounts though.

In many cases, reviews that sound more natural and experience-based tend to go through more easily compared to ones that look structured or keyword-focused.
We’re an agency that works with GBP review management, so if you’re dealing with this issue often, we might be able to help improve the success rate. Let me know if you’d like to talk about it.

Yes, I’ve noticed that too. I hope everything settles down and becomes calm soon. Please continue to support us with better advice and guidance in the future.
Yes, Google can filter reviews if they look unnatural. Reviews that are too long, keyword-heavy, posted too quickly, or from new accounts often get blocked. It’s better to keep reviews natural, shorter, and written by real users over time.Getting a lot of 'Your review was not published' emails lately for organic, text-heavy reviews. It's possible. Review systems often look at multiple signals, and overly optimized or repetitive wording can sometimes appear less natural. I've found that genuine, experience-based reviews tend to have fewer issues than keyword-heavy ones.Getting a lot of 'Your review was not published' emails lately for organic, text-heavy reviews.
