You might want to check with company formation or corporate service providers that deal with shelf companies. They sometimes have aged LLCs in good standing.

Even if the LLC has an existing EIN, you can apply for a new one and let the old one remain dormant.

I think its best to just for yours LLC cause the difference in the business details formation can become an issue later
