Most of the lists we generated came from different campaigns targeting specific niches here in Malaysia (ecommerce sellers, online shoppers, healthcare professionals, business owners, etc.), so it’s been interesting seeing how different segments respond to different outreach strategies.

Definitely keen to exchange ideas with people here, especially on how others are monetizing niche datasets or structuring partnerships around them.

Thanks! The leads came from several campaigns across different niches, so the database ended up being quite segmented.

For some campaigns we tested email outreach and collaborations with agencies running targeted offers, but I’m still experimenting with different monetization angles depending on the niche.

Curious what approaches people here have found most effective when working with niche lists. Always open to hearing how others structure those deals.
