If someone had a social media page such as FB page and they wanted to scrape all users from a particular major city and state (say, around 1 million users), and filter them down to the ones who used specific hashtags (now resulting in about 30,000 users), and then have their social media page like the resulting 30,000 pages at 50-100 likes a day so that those users might notice the profile, how much would this cost? Who offers these kinds of services?

Alternatively, what about doing the same, but instead of automating likes for the users, doing mass DMs to the resulting 30,000 users? Is such a scraping service offered usually as part of mass DM services or not?

Extra question: What about hyper-targeting with Facebook, to where you could also filter the 1 million users down to profiles that only declare they are male or female and show their birth year, in order to target by gender and age? Is this often done for Facebook scraping?

Scraping users, mass auto-liking, or mass DMs like that violates Meta rules and usually gets accounts banned. Legit services don’t offer this safely.

If you want hyper-targeting, use Facebook Ads Manager — you can target by city, age, gender, and interests legally.

Automation + scraping = high risk. Ads = safe and scalable.

Ads are next to useless from what I've heard and they also kill your organic engagement permanently, supposedly.

The cost of attracting engagement for each type of advertisement will vary; there's no specific number because the images and products you post will never be the same as those of our previous clients. The timing of ad posting also varies.

There are many businesses here for you to compare prices with.

This is impossible, my friend. If you like 50-100 posts for 30,000 people, your account will definitely be flagged as spam, and you won't be able to continue doing so. And nobody offers that kind of service anyway.

You might want to be careful with large-scale scraping or mass messaging strategies, as many providers don’t support activities that violate platform terms. It’s usually better to work with reputable service sellers who offer compliant social growth, targeting tools, or marketing solutions that help you reach the right audience without risking your page’s standing.

Scraping, likes, and mass DM configuration of this type go against Facebook’s policy and can lead to account banning, hence there is no legitimate provider for it. If you wish to target by city, age, and gender, the correct way to go about it is by using Facebook Ads and targeting audiences.

The market offers a wide range of prices to compare, but be wary of "fast-growing" services that circumvent regulations, such as mass messaging or scraping. These methods can get your site blacklisted by the platform. Partner with companies that prioritize transparent marketing solutions, helping you reach the right target audience while absolutely protecting your reputation and the security of your digital assets.

You know, depending on how you use it, the cost of attracting engagement for each type of advertisement will vary. Therefore, the higher the engagement level, the more budget you have to spend to achieve it. Cheap services are often scams; I advise you not to use them. There are many reputable providers on the market today, and you can easily find one.

There are chrome extensions that you could use to scrape the users of the group. So that is the easy part. Liking or dm-ing that much is a problem tho. You need to do it very slowly or use multiple accounts and still do it slowly, or you will get banned.

Here is what I did on Instagram (which is not the same Facebook I know):

1. I scraped all the followers and likes of a page.
2. I've registered 3 accounts
3. Every day with one account I've direct messaged 50 people and let the account rest of 2 days. As I was rotating between the 3 accounts each had 2 days off to cool down.

It can be done

the rotation method with multiple accounts is probably the only realistic way to pull this off without getting nuked. but even then facebook has gotten way more aggressive with detection lately so id keep the daily numbers even lower than 50

it could be done to get the custom audience by scaping all uid
but when you upload and run the ads, it sucks
high cpm, low engagement, low reach, the quality is quite low

Using that data to run ads might waste resources and risk your account. Instead, use that data to run ads that allow you to reach customers more effectively and efficiently, resulting in greater effectiveness.

Around how many follows did you get on each page during each day or week with this? Were you using likes too or only messages? Which Chrome extensions were you using? Did you make sure the profiles did random actions too or not?

Have you done anything similar for Facebook? What were the rates and results?

Fascinating stuff.

That's how Meta's algorithm works, but be wary of "fast-growing" services that circumvent the rules, such as mass messaging or unauthorized data collection, as they could blacklist your website. Partner with companies that prioritize transparent marketing solutions to protect your reputation and digital assets.

These actions violate Meta's terms of service. If you use your main page for automated interaction, your page is at a very high risk of being permanently banned. The safest way is still to use secondary accounts to indirectly drive traffic to your main account instead of using your main account to spam.
