Hey, anyone here producing property maintenance leads in USA market?
My question is, how do you sell them?
To what type of companies?
What are the payout model?

2) Get the usa phone number(s) from the affiliate network
3) send the leads directly to the phone number(s)
4) get paid commission if call exceeds 60 or 120 minutes depending on the offer.

Phone calls go to a call center. The call center closes the service purchase.

I think you should buy customer data of property owners and use telesales to verify the information, so you can sell the services you offer.

Hey @donkinoy28 I dont wanna sell any service, in this model i wanna sell leads to the companies like HVAC specialists or plumbing companies. trying to understand how profitable this business could be. coz i am already in property maintenance industry but we work with big companies, never worked directly with home owners

To be honest i cant give you a specific number, pricing usually depends heavily on intent, location, and whether the leads are shared or exclusive, so make sure you factor those in before agreeing on a number.

Basically am running a property maintenance and preservation company in Texas. but I am expert in media buying too. or this reason, i am thinking about to launch anther business where i will gather leads from Google & Meta for Roofing or soler and then sell them into the relevant direct service provider. I got your concern about the intent and location. you are right that's very big point to be considered before even agree to sell them. I have got some idea already, will keep you posted if i can crack it. thanks again

yeah a lot of people here work with maintenance or home service leads in the usa mostly through pay per call or pay per lead models since contractors want ready to book customers not traffic so niches like hvac plumbing cleaning and property maintenance convert well if your targeting high intent homeowners and using local ads or inbound call funnels instead of generic lead gen pages

Sell them to local contractors like plumbing roofing landscaping. Small to mid size companies buy fast if leads are exclusive.
