Payoneer. PayPal freezes funds for no reason and their seller protection is a joke.

Well I think, most people trust PayPal more for buyers and sellers because it’s widely accepted and known.

Payoneer is fine for business payouts and lower fees, but less universal.
 
i will go for Payoneer because PayPal is not available in my current region
 
Both are reliable. PayPal is widely accepted, but I prefer Payoneer because its international transfer fees are usually lower.
 
honestly it depends on how you use it but for long term business payments id trust payoneer more for stability and lower international fees while paypal is better for client trust and easy payments but carries higher fees and more frequent account limitations especially with large or sudden transactions, most experienced online sellers actually use both with paypal for receiving and payoneer for holding and withdrawing funds safely

Always Payoneer. I've been using it since 2016 without any problems whatsoever. PayPal blocked my account with a lot of money in it. It's garbage site.
 
PayPal is more widely adopted and more buyers have already established accounts there.
although sometimes can cause issues with freezing or limiting your account and ask for further identification and documents
but if your business is 100% legal then it can work like a charm

Many legal businesses have also faced issues with paypal.
 
Payoneer works good because sometimes PayPal just hold Th payment and sellers just can’t do anything in it
