Anyone getting “We couldn’t process your payout” error on G2A? (Seller account)

Hi everyone,
I’m a seller on G2A and I’m having an issue withdrawing funds from my account. I wanted to check if other sellers are facing the same problem.


Whenever I try to request a payout, I get this error message:

“We couldn’t process your payout. Reload the page and try again.”

What I’ve already tried:

• Reloading the page multiple times
• Logging out and logging back in
• Using different browsers and devices

The issue still persists and I’m unable to complete the payout.


Questions:

• Any other G2A sellers experiencing this?
• Is this related to seller verification, payout methods, limits, or temporary account restrictions?
• How was it resolved in your case, and how long did it take?

Some sellers in online forums have reported trouble withdrawing funds from their G2A balance, receiving error messages like payout methods not allowed, and delays in support replies.

Is your problem fixed? If yes, then how many days did it take? I previously successfully withdrew my payout, but for the next payout I am getting this error. I think this is because a buyer raised a chargeback on a particular order. That buyer was chatting with me, and he didn’t want to redeem the key because I was directing him to my redeem keys website, where the buyer actually receives the product. However, that buyer thought the link was fishy or fake, even though it was just a simple redeem key page.

I asked him if he wanted it or not so I could refund him. That buyer couldn’t even wait a few hours so I could process the refund and instead raised a chargeback using PayPal. I think this is the reason for my issue.

I contacted G2A, but their response is slower than a tortoise. I told them to check the conversation or refund the buyer mutually and reject his chargeback claim. I haven’t received a response from G2A support yet, and it has been over 7 days.

Now that buyer should have had some patience so he wouldn’t have to wait for his money. I think the buyer planned to redeem the key and then later file a chargeback by claiming the key didn’t work, but his plan failed.
