I'm going to be posting updates about my paid ads journey here running CPI and sweeps offers using Tiktok ads. I'm somewhat of a beginner so bear in mind my results might be a little shit in the beginning lol.

Feel free to provide some pointers if you see I'm doing something you believe is wrong or hindering my results.

If you’re running CPI & sweeps on TikTok, a few quick pointers:

  • Creative is everything (90% of results). Test multiple hooks fast.
  • Keep landing pages super simple + mobile optimized.
  • Warm up ad accounts slowly, don’t scale too aggressively.
  • Track everything properly (no blind scaling).
  • Kill losers fast, scale only clear winners.

Early results being bad is normal — testing phase is where you learn. Keep going

Thanks for the advice. I'm noticing that creative is literally the biggest lever that needs to be moved along this journey. I've testing probably 20-30 sparks so far however I haven't been killing the losers fast enough and it for sure has ate into my budget.

I've switched to manual payment accounts on Tiktok now to sort of fix that issue.

But tracking is something I for sure need to improve on. I'm all over the place right now to be honest.
